Administrative Coordinator


International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics IFAGG is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator for 50-80% (to be agreed with the employee) of fixed-term employment until the end of 2022.

The work is preferably started no later than February 1, 2022.

The duties of the Administrative Coordinator include the administrative tasks of the IFAGG Office, such as liaising with members, updating websites and social media, preparing materials for Council meetings, maintaining the register of members and licenses, member services and concrete work tasks with the competition system.

The job requires proficiency in Finnish and English, and knowledge of Russian is an added advantage.

We expect appropriate education and experience in administrative roles. Work tasks require good management of MS Office programs, fast ability to adopt new systems and tasks, independence, and flexibility to perform various tasks. Succeeding in the position requires good organizational and interaction skills, responsibility and independence, a customer service spirit, and a positive attitude.

We value the ability to handle more than one thing at a time, promptness, and the ability to complete projects. Knowledge of gymnastics and international organizational activities is considered an advantage.

The office is in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. The assignment includes some evening and weekend work.

IFAGG was established in 2003 as the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. IFAGG has members from more than 40 countries and manages the international competition system for the sport up to the World Championships. IFAGG serves its members, organizes education, is responsible for the competition system and spreads the sport to new countries.

EUSA student competitions are held in the student category: gymnasts 17 years and older (maximum 25 years).
In 2020, the World Championships in AGG was not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
