IFAGG Technical Committee Greetings to IFAGG Members

IFAGG Technical Committee has prepared new rules for the children's categories in the Long Program, which will come into effect on 1st January 2026. These rules will be valid for three years.

On 22nd May, there will be a presentation highlighting the main points of the new Children's Long Program rules, along with the implementation schedule. Please note that the presentation will be recorded and can shared with those who are interested but could not participate in the info.

A webinar dedicated to the new Children's Long Program rules will be held on 6th June. It will provide more detailed information about the rules. The webinar will be conducted at 13:00 and 18:00 (Helsinki time) to accommodate different time zones.

The updated rules for the Short Program categories will be published soon.

IFAGG has decided to extend the number of finalist teams in World Cup and Challenge Cup competitions. Based on ranking after preliminaries, 12 best teams will qualify for finals, but maximum two (2) teams from the same country.
The first AGG World Championship was held in Helsinki (Finland) in 2000. The first World Champion became the team "Campuksen Koonto" (Finland).
