IFAGG Children Championships 2026 — A Historic Edition in Yerevan

The IFAGG Children Championships are approaching, and this year’s event marks an important milestone in IFAGG history. For the first time ever, the Children Championships will be organized with a new competition format including Group competition, offering teams the opportunity to compete together and proudly represent their club or federation as a group on the competition carpet.

Location: Yerevan, Armenia


Over three exciting days, young gymnasts from across IFAGG member federations will come together to showcase their talent, passion, and dedication to the sport. The introduction of Group competition adds a new dimension to the event, expanding competitive opportunities alongside individual performances.

Yerevan will host the next generation of IFAGG stars in an inspiring atmosphere focused on development, fair play, and international friendship. Spectators and participants can expect high-level performances, emotional moments, and an unforgettable championship experience.

All federations, clubs, and coaches are warmly invited to take part in this historic edition of the IFAGG Children Championships.

IFAGG has decided to extend the number of finalist teams in World Cup and Challenge Cup competitions. Based on ranking after preliminaries, 12 best teams will qualify for finals, but maximum two (2) teams from the same country.
The first AGG World Championship was held in Helsinki (Finland) in 2000. The first World Champion became the team "Campuksen Koonto" (Finland).
