On November 18, 2021, at a meeting of the General Assembly of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (IFAGG), Lilia Morozova was elected president of the organization.

For eighteen years Liliia Morozova has been a member of the IFAGG Board, and since 2015, for the last six years, she has served as Vice-President of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics.
